Reticle Style
Red dot sights are primarily used for quickly acquiring and targeting close-range targets.

All sensitive components are protected within the sight’s base, enhancing durability while eliminating the need for bulky secondary protective covers.

I. Warranty Period
Optical System & Chassis: Lifetime Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase (transferable to the original purchaser only).
Electronic Components: (including PCBs, LED/Laser sources, and sensors): 5-year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
Consumables: (including batteries, rubber seals, and cleaning cloths): Not covered under warranty; available for separate purchase or paid replacement.
II. Warranty Coverage
Under normal operating, storage, and maintenance conditions, free repair or replacement is provided for failures resulting from material defects or manufacturing flaws, including:
Optical Performance: Blurred reticle/imaging, beam interruption, or brightness adjustment failure.
Mechanical Integrity: Loose internal structure or malfunctioning windage/elevation adjustment knobs.
Environmental Sealing: Water ingress or internal fogging due to factory seal failure (excludes damage from unauthorized disassembly or external impact).
Power System: Poor contact or failure of the power supply interface (excludes damage from external force).
III. Eligibility Requirements
A valid Warranty Card and Proof of Purchase (Invoice/Receipt) must be presented.
The product Serial Number must be intact, legible, and unaltered.
The product must not have undergone unauthorized disassembly, modification, or third-party repair.
The malfunction must occur within the specified warranty period under conditions of normal use as outlined in the manual.
IV. Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under free warranty but may be eligible for paid repair services:
Accidental/Physical Damage: Damage caused by drops, heavy impact, unauthorized seal removal, or lens damage from foreign objects.
Improper Use: Operating beyond rated shockproof/waterproof standards or using non-genuine accessories.
Environmental Damage: Failures caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, corrosive environments, or strong magnetic fields.
General Wear & Tear: Cosmetic wear (scratches, paint chipping), natural deterioration of seals/batteries, or malfunctions due to non-official installations.
Loss/Theft: Stolen or lost products are not covered.
V. RMA & Service Process
Request Submission: Contact official support with your Warranty Card, Proof of Purchase, and a brief description (including photos/videos) of the issue.
Review & RMA Issuance: Our technical team will review the request within 48 hours. Eligible claims will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and shipping instructions.
Product Return: Securely package the unit, include a copy of the Warranty Card, and clearly mark the RMA Number on the package.
Repair/Replacement: Processing is typically completed within 7–15 business days upon receipt. If the product is irreparable, it will be replaced with the same model (or an equivalent model if discontinued).
Logistics: For valid warranty claims, the brand will cover the return shipping costs.
VI. Additional Provisions
This Warranty Card is the sole proof of coverage. Any loss, alteration, or lack of an official stamp will render it void.
Warranty services apply exclusively to genuine products purchased through Authorized Dealers.
Repaired or replaced products inherit the remaining term of the original warranty or a 90-day period (whichever is longer).
The brand reserves the right of final interpretation for all terms and conditions.
